**Rates can be customized for large parties in order to make your reservation more affordable for the entire group**
Reservations
- Payment must be received in full no later than 7 days prior to reservation start date.
- The Bailey Bunkhouse Waiver and the Policy Addendum forms must be signed and returned no later than 7 days prior to reservation start date.
- Deposit Defined - your room reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of one night’s stay or one-half of the period reserved, whichever is greater.
- Rates listed above do not include a 6% hotel tax levied by the State of Texas.
- Reservations may be subject to a two night minimum during peak seasons.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to reserve.
- Your reservation at the bunkhouse is private.
- **We do not rent to multiple families/groups on the same day/night.**
Note: There will be no one at The Bailey Bunkhouse to receive your forms and/or money when you arrive!
Cancellations
- Cancellation notices must be received at least two weeks prior to reservation start date in order to receive a full deposit refund.
- Absolutely no deposit refunds for cancellations within two weeks of reservation start date.
Arrival and Departure Times
- Check in time is anytime after 3:00 P.M.
- Check out time is by 11:00 A.M.
- Should you need additional time, please ask! Late check outs, without advance approval, may be charged for an extra day.
