"I was fortunate enough to be invited to the re-opening of the Bailey Bunkhouse last Saturday along with my family who are from the east coast. The Texas hospitality was outstanding, we all felt as if we'd been close family friends for years and the Bunkhouse and property were fantastic. Just looking at all the rustic relics in and around the Bunkhouse is a historic tour in itself and walking around the grounds with pond, pasture and woods is a scenic delight. Great job to Jeremy and Christine and the whole Wagner & Bailey family for having the foresight to build and keep such a fantastic facility going...and in the family."  

"I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE INVITED TO THE REOPENING OF THE BAILEY BUNKHOUSE. I HAD ATTENDED THE ORIGINAL OPENING WHEN FIRST BUILT BY MY UNCLE, BOBBIE LEE BAILEY, AND MY DAD, WILD BILL BAILEY. JEREMY WAGNER (GRANDSON OF BOBBIE LEE) AND HIS WIFE CHRISTINE HAVE DONE AN UNBELIEVABLE JOB OF RENOVATING THE PLACE. THE NEW OUTSIDE DECK HAS A BBQ GRILL AND CAN ACCOMMODATE 4 GUITAR PLAYERS. WE PROVED THAT SATURDAY NIGHT. JEREMY AND CHRISTINE---THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE INVITE. HAD A BLAST PLAYING GUITARS WITH JEREMY, ZACK AND DERICK. FREDDIE BOB ALSO DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE HARMONICA."
