"I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE INVITED TO THE REOPENING OF THE BAILEY BUNKHOUSE. I HAD ATTENDED THE ORIGINAL OPENING WHEN FIRST BUILT BY MY UNCLE, BOBBIE LEE BAILEY, AND MY DAD, WILD BILL BAILEY. JEREMY WAGNER (GRANDSON OF BOBBIE LEE) AND HIS WIFE CHRISTINE HAVE DONE AN UNBELIEVABLE JOB OF RENOVATING THE PLACE. THE NEW OUTSIDE DECK HAS A BBQ GRILL AND CAN ACCOMMODATE 4 GUITAR PLAYERS. WE PROVED THAT SATURDAY NIGHT. JEREMY AND CHRISTINE---THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE INVITE. HAD A BLAST PLAYING GUITARS WITH JEREMY, ZACK AND DERICK. FREDDIE BOB ALSO DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE HARMONICA."

How wonderful that you have preserved a place full of family history and memories! We were looking for a quiet weekend away and we found it here. There feels as if there is a blessing of peace on this bunkhouse that extends from the past to today. We both grew up with grandparents having farms and families getting together at the home place so your retreat was greatly appreciated by us. Thank you for sharing this special place! Richard and Tammy Reno – Midlothian, Texas

We had a great time! Our kids loved it and wanted to stay longer. The boys caught bass, catfish, and brim in the pond. It was a very relaxing and rested weekend. We will be back. Shane, Kim, Gage, Gaston, and Gabby Campbell. – Flower Mound, Texas

What a magical, old-fashioned Christmas celebration we had at your bunkhouse! It would take us several more days to discover all the special, homey touches the Bailey family has shared with the guests. Our five grandchildren were entertained from the moment they arrived until they departed. The loft is a great place for hide and seek! Wishing your family many blessings in 2009. Robert and Rebecca Puster, Kimberly and Ryan Bety, Jack and Meredith, Jeff and Nancy Cox, Byion, Christopher, and Mathew.
